Job description:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the personnel management system of the Far East Human Resources Company,
2. Responsible for the management and implementation of recruitment, training, labor contract management, employee transfer, promotion, separation, and labor litigation.
3. Regularly analyze the company's personnel demand curve and develop a recruitment plan.
4. Manage company employee certificates and obtain training resources,
5. Responsible for the occupational health and emergency management of the company's employees,
6. Implement human resources related business procurement work and management of human resource service providers,
7. Responsible for formulating budgets related to human resources and strictly controlling cost expenditures.
8. Responsible for the monthly report and analysis of human resources.
