Job description:
1) Plan and prepare for well site operations.
2) Maintains knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to Completion equipment, tools, and practices to insure maximum operating efficiency.
3) Assures adherence to all safety regulations.
4) Fosters and maintains customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services and ensures the confidentiality of all completion operations. Assist to develop marketing and collect the related marketing information.
5) Promptly and accurately submits all required reports and data.
6) Maintains assigned equipment and facilities in a neat, workable condition and conducts self in an exemplary manner at all times.
7) Prepares, drafts, and completes all logs for printing on location or immediately upon return to district office from job site, depending on customer requirements.
8) Is available to perform duties on short notice, day or night, while on duty.
9) Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
10) Be the team leader of the crew during any operation required before, during and after any job.
11) Mastering the properties, USES and distinguish methods of different gravel;
12) Mastering the working principle of sand control pump truck, sand mixing truck and the operation process of field equipment;
13) Mastering the HRWP technology and work flow. Having relevant experience and could determine construction procedure and complete site operation.
14) Assist to develop market, maintain customer relationship, prepare bidding document.
15) Review contract and negotiate with customer.
16) Search for marketing information, analyze and report it.
17) Search for price from competitor and customer.
Job requirements:
a) Having more than 5 years of work experience as completion sand control engineer, proficient in the field process of HRWP operation, good conduct, steadfast and hardworking, good physical fitness, able to adapt to the working condition at sea, able to lead a team to complete the position of HRWP sand control engineer independently..
b) Be certificated to work off shore (Seaman book, Well Sharp, Rig Pass or Survival at Sea, etc.).
c) Good skills communication and be able to speak English fluently, considering to be able to speak it in a technical level.
d) Bachelor degree in engineering (petroleum, mechanical or related to).
e) The experience required (with field reports, etc.).
f) The courses required to operate the completion unit and tools.
g) Recommendation letters from the previous jobs.
h) All the certificates required previously.
i) National personnel would be preferred.
j) Having business experience. have a good understanding with Mexico petroleum industry
k) Capacity requirements:
